FOR NEW CETA MEMBERS
NO CURRENT EASEMENT

I, (name) declare my intent to grant a permanent trail
easement to the Collinsville Equestrian Trail Association (CETA) on my property located at (address)

I understand that current points of ingress and egress will connect to contiguous CETA trails and that there is uninterrupted flow between those points across my property. If no trails currently exist, I will propose new trails to the CETA board for approval.
I understand that I will be given six months from the date of this statement to fulfill the CETA easement requirement.
I understand that I will be granted a short-term Provisional Membership in CETA until the approved trail easement has been recorded. At that time my membership status will convert to “Landowner with deeded CETA trails.”
I understand that my Provisional Membership may be extended past six months only by special permission of the CETA board.
